Meet Jessica Harris
Jessica Harris is a Licensed professional therapist in the state of Georgia who has over 7 years of extensive experience working with clients who struggle with eating disorders and severe negative body image issues in residential and outpatient settings. Jessica works with high-achieving, strong men and women who are usually the pillars in their families, friend groups, and community who find themselves caring for everyone else BUT themselves. Jessica helps individuals discover their self-worth, and navigate through life transitions, unhealthy relationship patterns, and trauma where her clients grow in deeper self-awareness by recognizing and exploring the blindspots they have ignored with their relationship with themselves, body, food, and faith.
Jessica is a southern girl raised in a small town in North Carolina now living in Atlanta, GA. Jessica is a Capricorn and Enneagram 1 who feels most inspired by helping be resilient with compassion while healing and empowering women to embrace their own beauty.
